Implementing FSSC 22000
FSSC 22000 is a GFSI approved scheme that provides the guidelines to develop Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) that are globally recognized by stakeholders throughout the entire supply chain.
The FSSC 22000 scheme was developed through extensive and open consultation with many global stakeholders.
FSSC 22000 uses international and independent standards such as ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22003, and technical specifications for sector-specific Pre-Requisite Programs (PRPs), such as ISO/TS 22002-1.
